How it works
Open a trade account, and once we've verified your ABN, you'll get access to trade pricing across our wholesale range, a dedicated trade portal for reordering and tracking your history, and a direct line to your account manager for anything you need.
Our minimum order is 100 metres per fabric, and most orders dispatch from our Collingwood warehouse within 2-3 business days.

Trade account FAQs
How does my trade pricing work?
Rather than a flat discount, each fabric in our wholesale range has its own trade price, so rates vary from fabric to fabric. You'll find current pricing on each fabric in the wholesale catalogue, and it's what you pay at checkout on qualifying orders.
Can I combine trade pricing with sales or other discounts?
Trade pricing can't be stacked with retail promotions, sale codes or the student discount. Where a retail sale price is lower than your trade rate on a particular fabric, you're welcome to purchase at the sale price instead.
What's the minimum order?
Trade orders have a 100 metre minimum per fabric. You can order as many different fabrics as you like in one order, as long as each fabric meets the 100 metre minimum. Quantities on our site are in half-metre units, so 100 metres of a fabric is 200 units in your cart.
Can I pre-order a fabric or colour that's out of stock?
Yes. If a fabric or colour you need isn't currently in stock at our Collingwood warehouse, we can pre-order it for you. Allow 4 to 5 weeks from when your order is placed for shipping and logistics before it's ready. Email your trade contact with the fabric, colour and metreage and we'll confirm timing before anything is locked in.
How do returns work on trade orders?
Cut fabric can't be returned for change of mind, so please check colour and composition carefully before ordering. If a fabric arrives faulty or not as described, get in touch within 7 days and we'll sort a replacement, credit or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Can someone else on my team order under this account?
Yes, anyone logged in with these account credentials receives trade pricing. If you'd like a second login for your business, email your trade contact and we'll set it up.
Do you offer payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required upfront for all wholesale orders, with the balance due before dispatch. New trade accounts are payment-on-order. If your business needs invoicing terms, chat to your trade contact. We review terms for established accounts case by case.
Already a member with SCF?
Send your application through to our wholesale and trade email, wholesale@supercheapfabrics.com.au, and your trade portal will be accessible with your same login details once confirmed. Keep enjoying the benefits of SCF+ Rewards while also having access to your wholesale and trade portal.
